Description

We ordered a book Called Tombstone Inscriptions of Limestone County Alabama. Compiled by and Edited by Mrs Linda H Smith in 1993 We went back and we found the cemetery those are the 13 images, We went a head and took photos to mark it with a GPS. Just to give them as much respect as we can offer. There are just indents in the ground, with a blue string tied in the tree marking a grave site. This is what Linda Smith found almost 10 years ago. Foster Cemetery location SW quarter of SE quarter section 4 T4S, R3W. This cemetery is in a wooded area of pasture near Limestone creek with cows roaming freely. It was impossible to tell just how large it was or how many graves it contained. Only this one stone could be located and it was broken and hard to read.Copied Set 2 1991. Jones, Hellen w/o Preston Mar. 17 1838- May 20, 1908
